Our web site contains a maximum of informations about each product.
If you have a question, a doubt, the best way is to contact us
Furthermore, most of our software are available with an evaluation version to download. In this case, please test before to buy if you're not sure

I placed several times the same order by putting different modes of payment but I do not want three times the products
 
Don't panic !
The order are processed by "humain being" and are not automated, notably for this reason
When, at severals few minutes, we receive severals orders from the same person, we analyze each order and in case of doubt we will contact you to know more
Also don't hesistate to write some comments in the "comment" field
For example:
You're ordering one virtualdrive software and you choose "payment by check"
After you placed the order, you're saying "i will have to put the check in an envelope and to send the letter, well it's better to pay by Credit Card"
So you placed again the same order and this time, you're choosing "Payment by credit card"
We receive a second order but we see that the only difference is the payment method, so we "kill" the first order
To resume,and in case of doubt, don't hesaite to send us an email at order,@ archisoftint.com including all the informations about your problem, including a copy of your order

I was mistaken in an order already sent, what can i do ?

But if you're thinking that the method is a little too excessive, the best way is to contact us and give us, the most precisely, comments on your problem
The orders are manually treated, so we have a big room for manoeuvre. We're reading them carefully to detect all the incoherences
Of course, after that the order has been treated, it will be hardly difficult, even impossible to suppress your error
The best way is to react as soon as possible and to send us an email at order,@ archisoftint.com with comments about your problem and without forgeting one copy of your order
If you bring problem to our attention in minutes after you place the order it will be possible to cancel it (except in case of payment by Credit Card on line, in this case we will only have the possibility to modify your order )

I don't have confidence on the online payment on the Internet, how can i place an order ?
 
It is, i suppose, useless trying to convince you that the online payment by credit card is the most handy and fast way to order
Actually, in minutes after your entered your credit card informations, we receive a confirmation by our financial partner which is saying if the transaction has been rejected or accepted
This is fastest than any other payment method
The information entry is done on a  secured server . The informations are encrypted from your computer to our financial partner who's going to make the transaction
In no case, we Archilogue, know your Credit card number. Theses informations are never sent to us

It's your own right but it's not a problem.
You will place an order by our online shop ( see step by step procedure), you're choosing on the "order now" page the option "payment by credit card"
Then you show the order form with ID.
You just have to print the order form, and to fax us at the phone number writen on the form without forgeting to join the following informations Please note that your order will be treated after manual treatment of the informations and consent of our bank. This payment method is a little longest that the online payment

After the add to cart, in theory, you must have a screen showing a message telling that the add to cart is ok
But it is possible to have this screen

My credit card has been rejected, why ?
First hypothesis: You're a thief and "it's wrong" !
Perhaps there is not enough money on your account
Un other possibility could be that  vous spending exceeds the authorization of your card. In that case wait severals days or try with another card if it is possible
Un other hypothesis could be that the name on the card is not the same as the one given during the order
Of course, we will not offense you telling that perhaps you'd make a error when writing the card number
...
A last case could be some "zeal" of our financial partner. With the intention to monitor all the anomalies, it is possible that our partner reject your card with no visible reason. In that case we suggest you, if it is possible to try with another card, or to send us all the informations by Fax to test it with our manual terminal
Out of desperation, you will have to accept using an other payment method

Can i order by fax ?
Yes and No In fact, we accept orders by Fax but only if there did first placed by our online store to create an order ID

What is the delivery time for my order ?

It's variable.
This could be from several minutes to a few days
We suggest you to read carefully the chapter "what to do after purchase" in the product pages to have more informations To this, it is necessary to remember that we will only treat your order after payment (or commercial agreement between you and us), that we only treat orders on working days and also that some of our suppliers are at the other side of the globe, so there is time difference
The orders are manually treated to solve all particular situations
If you want precisely an answer then we are sorry to don't have the answer
What we can say is that our average delay is less than 1 day
(The delay is the everage time between your payment and the product delivery, either by email, postal service or shipping company. This number is global and include both software and hardware)

Note: If you decide to pay us by bank transfer, please include if possible on the "transfer order", your Archilogue Order ID with the attached text (ex ID: 200109181101146 )  (so for us it is easiest to retrieve your order)
